The Agency is registered to perform real estate brokerage activities and is entered in the Register of Brokers maintained by the competent Ministry, in accordance with the Law on Real Estate Brokerage and Leasing.

4. Brokerage Agreement

4.1. Conclusion of the Agreement

The rights and obligations between the Agency and the client (principal) related to brokerage in the sale or lease of real estate are regulated by a separate Brokerage Agreement, which is concluded in written form prior to the commencement of services.

Use of the Website and sending inquiries via the contact form does not constitute the conclusion of a brokerage agreement.

4.2. Brokerage Fee

The Agency acquires the right to a brokerage fee when the principal concludes a preliminary agreement or a sale/lease agreement with a party with whom the Agency connected them.
